This is an important milestone marking a new development step of the enterprise in the journey of expanding its scale of operations and enhancing its financial capacity.

PVT Logistics is implementing a fleet rejuvenation strategy.
According to the HoSE's approval document, PVT Logistics is allowed to carry out the procedures for listing shares in accordance with the current regulations of the Securities Law, Decree 155/2020/ND-CP, and the guiding regulations of the Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX). The listing is expected to help businesses improve transparency in their operations, while opening up opportunities to access large capital sources to invest in and modernize their transportation systems and supply chains.
The number of shares approved for listing is nearly 66.1 million shares, with a total value calculated at par value of nearly VND 661 billion.
PVT Logistics is a subsidiary of PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans) - a member of Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group (Petrovietnam). Inheriting the strengths of its parent company in the field of oil and gas transportation and liquid cargo logistics, PVT Logistics operates its core business in the field of oil/chemical tanker operation. The company possesses the capacity to effectively manage and operate the chemical tanker segment with a capacity of about 13,000-20,000 DWT.
PVT Logistics' chemical fleet is currently operating in international markets such as Europe and America, meeting the requirements of large chartering associations such as Womar Pool, large Oil Majors such as Shell, Exxon Mobil , Petronas..., thereby having abundant sources of goods and good freight rates. The company also expands its operations into the field of bulk cargo transportation (grain, iron ore...) based on the experience and capacity of the leadership team along with the growth potential of the market.
Previously, in August 2025, PVT Logistics successfully received the new investment ship PVT Emerald (formerly Sea Dolphin C). This is a Handysize bulk carrier with a capacity of 33,802 DWT built in December 2011 in Korea. This activity has helped increase the total number of PVT Logistics' ships to 10 with a total fleet capacity of more than 340,000 DWT, an increase of 66% compared to the beginning of 2024. The move shows that PVT Logistics is implementing a strategy of developing a youthful and diversified fleet to improve transport capacity and competitiveness in the international market with the goal of becoming one of the leading maritime transport enterprises in the region.
The approval for listing by the State Securities Commission is the result of careful preparation in terms of financial capacity, corporate governance, information disclosure documents and stock issuance plans, contributing to enriching the list of state-owned logistics enterprises participating in the Vietnamese stock market . This event also shows the trend of domestic transport and logistics enterprises, especially in the Petrovietnam ecosystem, promoting capital mobilization through the stock market - an important driving force for sustainable growth of the national logistics industry.
