Vietjet doubles its investment in Airport NEO, continuing to expand its aviation ecosystem.

Accordingly, Airport NEO's charter capital will be adjusted from VND 100 billion to VND 200 billion, doubling its current level. The additional capital will be contributed by Vietjet from its parent company's capital, via bank transfer. After the capital increase is completed, Vietjet will retain 100% ownership in Airport NEO.
Airport NEO officially commenced operations on September 9, 2025, with its core business focusing on providing services that directly support air transport operations.
Not long before that, Vietjet also completed a fundraising round through bond issuance. Specifically, on December 26th, the airline successfully offered 10,000 bonds with code VJC12507 on the domestic market. With a face value of 100 million VND per bond, the total value raised reached 1,000 billion VND.
The bond issue has a term of 5 years from the date of issuance, with an expected maturity date of December 26, 2030. This is the seventh bond issue issued by Vietjet since the beginning of 2025.
Regarding business results, in the first nine months of 2025, Vietjet recorded consolidated net revenue of VND 52,769 billion, a slight increase of 1% compared to the same period last year. Thanks to better control of cost of goods sold, the company's gross profit reached VND 6,916 billion, an increase of 11% compared to the same period.
As a result, Vietjet reported a pre-tax profit of VND 2,051 billion and an after- tax profit of VND 1,614 billion, representing increases of 17% and 15% respectively compared to the same period in 2024.
